About us
Firstcare is a specialist consultancy service aimed at providing targeted and cost effective support for all of those with responsibility for services for children, families and young people.
Firstcare was set up in 2003 by Frances Osborne and Isabelle Gregory, two experts with complementary skills. Firstcare has remained independent with much of the delivery undertaken or directly managed by the two directors. This means that Firstcare's clients are assured of the highest quality work.
Firstcare's clients also benefit from the expert assistance offered by Firstcare's growing team of associates.
Firstcare has been instrumental in supporting local and regional authorities to develop and evaluate services that meet the objectives of Every Child Matters, Children Act 2004 and the Childcare Act 2006.
Frances and Isabelle are both approved consultants with the National Children's Bureau, 4Children and Daycare Trust.
